Two poster sessions will be held during ES ‘16, on Monday and Tuesday afternoon. First and second place awards will be given for the best posters in each session, as judged by members of the Workshop on Electronic Structure Methods Executive Committee. Cash awards and certificates will be presented during the Wednesday morning technical session.
Abstract submission deadline: Friday, June 17.

Abstracts should be submitted in pdf format only, generated via one of the above templates, and named YourlastnameAbstract.pdf. To submit your abstract, email the pdf to es16@carc.unm.edu with the text Yourlastname ES ’16 Abstract in the Subject line.
Poster preparation and display
Posters should be no larger than 45″ x 45″ (1.14 m x 1.14 m) in size. Both vertical and horizontal orientations (e.g. standard 36″ x 45″ (.91 m x 1.14 m) or 45″ x 36″ (1.14 m x .91 m)) are acceptable. Push pins and Velcro stickers will be provided for attaching posters to the fabric walls and display boards in the Science and Math Learning Center foyer, where the poster sessions will be held.
